📥 Day 1: Eliminating Environmental Toxins (Clearing Negative Energy Sources)
The core focus of Day 1 is "physical isolation." Take back the upper hand and immediately stop your emotions from bleeding out.

Clean Up Your List: Be ruthless. Block or delete that contact whose very name makes you feel anxious, sick to your stomach, or filled with grievance.
Wipe the Chat History: Completely press "Delete" on past arguments, desperate explanations, or those old, dusty records of hurt.

Mute Settings: Put friends or group chats that constantly dump negative energy and complaints onto you on "Do Not Disturb" or hide them.

The Shower Ritual: When you shower tonight, light only a dim, warm light or a scented candle in the bathroom.
