[Muscles, Joints & Mobility]
[ ] 1. Morning Stiffness: Upon waking up, fingers, wrists, or knee joints feel tight and stiff, requiring a period of movement before feeling smooth.
[ ] 2. Unexplained Generalized Aches and Pains: Without heavy lifting or strenuous exercise, frequently experiencing neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, or dull muscle aches throughout the body.
[Metabolism & Physique]
[ ] 3. Apple-Shaped Figure / Abdominal Obesity: Dietary habits remain unchanged, but the belly and visceral fat inexplicably accumulate, causing body weight to rise steadily and become difficult to reduce and start to have high blood , hypertension etc.
